This Trapper Keeper folder a little worse for wear, but I think the design is still rad.

I chose vengeance... sorry, JUSTICE, delivered via a big, pointy spear. It felt AWESOME.

For summer break, I generally load up the car, pack the family in, spin a compass, and drive in that direction. Maybe not quite so literally, but you get the gist—we usually go on a road trip during the summer, and we usually just pick a general direction more than a specific destination. Best way to travel in the summer, IMO!

I can barely remember the designs on my trapper keepers, but my wife majorly rocked Lisa Frank back in the 90s, so she definitely appreciated this week's adventure!

My journey as a dolphin was long. I became a warrior dolphin, then was transported to another world where I avenged my animal friends using the Spear of Dolphin Justice and then I returned to the water once more. All in ten minutes!

For my summer break I would just like to go to the ocean somewhere not too hot. Warm enough that the sand gets warm and sun is nice on your skin, and you can cool off in the water. But not hot enough that it isn't fun, or you get sunburn.

I am not in the US so I never had a Trapper Keeper (I had to google what it was), but I did have Lisa Frank stickers which I loved. I also used to love those scented markers that smelled like fruit. And erasers! At my school everyone collected erasers, all the different shaped ones like rabbits, and fruit and objects. Some of them were scented too. Even stickers were scented, scratch and sniff stickers! Now I think about it a lot of stationery was scented back in the 80s.Thats... weird, right? lol

Like Molly, I had quite an adventure, stabbing the hand for my dolphin friends, and lived to swim another day.

if I could go somewhere with a view of the ocean and a nice quiet beach, that would be heavenly. I would really love to spend some time in the ocean this summer. Alas, finances and pets make that more of a dream than reality. But I’ll be spending almost every day at the local pool river walking (walking in the winding lazy river which is usually for inner tubes) and other pool activities, so it’ll be almost as good, right?

I experienced a sense of wonder, followed by a sense of dread, followed by acceptance of the fact that I was a sticker. But I took solace in the fact that whoever selected my sticker knew their way around a classic like Little Women.

As for summer break, I really want to go to Uruguay. Of course, our summer is their winter, but nobody's perfect. Why Uruguay? Because I've traveled to more than 30 countries, and I've never heard anyone say go to Uruguay. My hunch is Uruguay won't be overrun with tourists telling you how you just missed the good times, before all the other obnoxious tourists showed up and ruined everything.

As for rad school supplies, I too rocked a variety of Trapper Keepers. I think my best one was an A-team themed Trapper Keeper.

I mostly remember the trapper keeper with the velcro (rip & scratch sounds everywhere) just covered in stickers since we had the very bland ones with no pictures. I did have a strawberry shortcake pencil case and I totally got teased for that. No one had a sense of style at my school I guess. Oh yeah, we did have those huge multi-colored pens with the buttons that you pressed down for each color...I freaking loved mine. I just googled and they are still around, so awesome. https://www.orientaltrading.com/shuttle-pens-12-pc--a2-13626588.fltr?sku=13626588&BP=PS544&ms=search&source=google&cm_mmc=GooglePLA-_-17376747105-_-136513384559-_-13626588&cm_mmca1=OTC%2BPLAs&cm_mmca2=GooglePLAs&gclid=CjwKCAjwv-GUBhAzEiwASUMm4gCjQ91xzIEET60JTLvWgrOp6k80YGhg50-6NnUYZaBe-xU8xqfX2xoCGRYQAvD_BwE

This was lovely surprise in my inbox. I grew up with Lisa Frank as my preferred stationary. I never knew how close I was to being against a disgruntled dolphin! Thanks for the pick up on an otherwise rollercoaster of a day.
